These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices displayed on the website are in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible, especially for customized or same-day deliveries.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Balloon arrangements and decorations are handmade, so slight variations may occur.
We reserve the right to substitute balloons, flowers, or accessories with similar items of equal or greater value if required due to stock availability.

3. Personalized Products

Customized and personalized products are created specifically for each customer.

Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Please ensure that all names, messages, dates, and other personalization details are entered correctly before placing your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver within selected areas across the UAE.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

5. Balloon Care

Balloons are delicate products, and their lifespan depends on several factors including:

Temperature
Humidity
Sunlight exposure
Handling
Transportation

Once the order has been delivered successfully, Balloona cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons or accept responsibility for damage caused by improper handling or environmental conditions.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on inflated balloons or personalized items.
Refunds are only considered if the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the confirmed order.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item when requesting a refund or replacement.
Failure to report within 24 hours may result in the request being declined.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or preparation begins.
Customized or same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Balloona website, including images, logos, graphics, product designs, text, and website layout, is the property of Balloona and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with website security.
Submit false or misleading information.
Upload harmful software or malicious content.

Balloon deflation or deterioration after successful delivery due to environmental conditions or mishandling.

Our total liability shall never exceed the value of the purchased order.
