• PERMIT/ACCESS ON THE LOCATION is client will provide ahead of time. Requirement for us for PREPARATION PURPOSES.

• We are not held responsible for any delays in meeting event deadline in case access is not provided in advance.

• Please be informed that Banner and Curtain is need to hang or stick on the wall.

• Any stands used for decoration will be having SECURITY CASH DEPOSIT of AED300 per set, stands are damaged or lost, there will be an extra fee.

LIFE SPAN: Approx 2- 3 days Colour shades may vary from the Image shown Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will change the color and might less the Life Span of the ARCH . The Life span of an arch posted on our site are the maximum to be expected. Changing conditions mean that on some occasions balloons may float for only one day and on other occasions the same balloons may stay  for many days. We guarantee that your balloons will be Set-up  in perfect condition, but Life expantancy times will vary. There are no guarantees for LIFE SPAN time if balloons are displayed outdoors
